She's Leaving Home

Today marks the day that our beautiful daughter, Kylie, heads out into the big world on her own.  Sarah and I are putting her on a plane to Chicago to visit her brother, Sam.  From there she is flying to New York City to seek her fortune.

She has nothing but a few interviews planned so far, but is determined to make it work.

It is a sad day for Sarah and me, but we will stay in touch and visit as often as we can.

We are certain that she will do well.

Love you whenever we're together
Love you when we're apart.

    That's a tough moment Bill, Sarah.

    Susan and I have had three moments like that.

    There will be as much joy in the time following independence as there was in the time before.

      We know from Sam leaving to work in Detroit, then Chicago. I cherish the moments that we can spend together, especially all four of us. I also enjoy the times that Sam and I can ride together like Wisconsin in July. I loved every minute.
